Sweet Charlie’s combines the art of making rolled ice cream with its unique brand of crowd-pleasing modern American showmanship to create a one-of- a-kind, social experience for all ages. Each ice cream or frozen yogurt at Sweet Charlie’s is made to order on a super-cold surface that is below 20 degrees. Because the surface is so cold, very small ice crystals are formed quickly, eliminating the need to add stabilizers, emulsifiers and preservatives.

Job description Sweet Charlie's, the Philadelphia-based, rolled ice cream and yogurt phenomenon is looking for energetic, outgoing, self-motivated individuals that enjoy responding quickly to the needs of our customers. Our crew members should have a smile on their face, be neat in appearance, provide excellent customer service and be willing to work hard.

Available Job Positions (part time and full time positions available):
- Cashier - takes & preps orders
- Ice cream makers - make ice cream
- Topper - tops ice cream and prep

Responsibilities are as follows:
- Greeting customers while offering excellent customer service attention 
- Preparing and freezing ice cream using our ice cream machines (delivering a high-quality product every time)
- Requesting and receiving payment, operating cash register
- Cleaning in accordance with our company's sanitary standards
- Assisting new crew members in learning their new job skills
- Proficiency in more than one area of responsibility and ability to perform different job functions each day.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be dependable and be able to follow directions
- Must be able to provide reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach and roll ice cream throughout assigned shifts
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
