Company description Chi Montessori, serving students from 6 weeks to Lower Elementary age in Southwest Atlanta. We seek to provide the best education and recognize the importance of offering healthy foods to ensure student success. Job description CHI Montessori is hiring an on-site cook to prepare meals, including breakfast and lunch at a private Montessori school in SW Atlanta. Work hours are from 7-2 Monday-Friday for the academic school year (August-May). An interest in Farm to School is highly desired. 

The cook will report to the Director and be responsible for:
- Ensuring timely product ordering
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Following Bright from the Start nutritional guidelines
- Communicating effectively with staff and students
- Develop weekly menus to share with parents

We make our meals from scratch using fresh ingredients, no artificial products, no high fructose corn syrup or no trans fat. No beef/pork. We only use the good stuff. Use of meatless meals twice a week is highly encouraged. Creativity is a plus! Compensation this position is : hourly, varies DOE, $9.00 - $12.00 Application instructions Deadlineno deadline
