Job description
Red Beard Special Events is the Special Events branch of Chef Kevin Gillespie's Red Beard Restaurants. The Special Events company operates GameChanger, Terminus City Barbecue, Communion Beer Garden and all of our off premise events.
We are looking for an experienced cook that has some fine dining restaurant experience. Catering and management experience is a plus. The sous chef will be responsible for inventory, ordering and receiving, developing a prep team and assisting the Executive Chef is planning for all of our events.
