Luke’s Local is an independently-owned grocery business that delivers food from local family farms, butchers, ranchers, and food makers.  Luke’s sincerely sources great food made with integrity, and is passionate about making grocery shopping a convenient and enjoyable experience for Bay Area communities. We launched our first 3,000 s.f. retail grocery store in the heart of Cole Valley and we are looking for an experienced, all around operations team to grow with us.

This position reports to the Store Operations Specialist and requires strong daily communication with the Manager of Online Sales and Customer Experience team.

Responsibilities:

-order fulfillment and pack out of on demand grocery orders

-works closely with Customer Experience team to accommodate order changes and requests

-delivers orders efficiently and on-time

-helps with produce prep, inventory, receiving, and stocking

-works closely with customer relations team to ensure quality customer service

Qualifications:

-extremely clean and organized

-must consistently work at a high level of accuracy with great focus and attention to detail

-great attitude and customer service skills

-enjoys multitasking and works well under pressure

-must have a valid driver’s license

-high level of comfort navigating SF

-be physically fit and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs

-experience delivering by bike is a plus!

Compensation:

-competitive hourly rate, part time
