Company Description The Monadnock Food Co-op is a community-owned food store offering a diverse selection of local, organic and natural foods in downtown Keene, New Hampshire. Our store is a 13,000 sq. ft. full-service store that includes bulk foods, meat, produce, frozen food and dairy, beer and wine departments, a deli with a prepared foods section and a grab-and-go section, a small café seating area and customer parking.

We opened in April 2013 and currently have over 80 employees and are growing - be a part of our success! We are currently looking for qualified, dedicated, enthusiastic applicants for a key position. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual to take over our Prepared Foods Department! Our prepared food department includes: full service deli, beverage bar, grab & go deli, hot bar, salad bar, catering, and specialty cheeses.

We need: someone with a passion for creating dishes featuring local food, an organized leader who can juggle a busy, growing and demanding prepared foods department, a commercial kitchen rock star! This position is responsible for all food service operations including personnel management, purchasing, production, merchandising and financial performance.

Experience should include managing a commercial kitchen and staff, menu development, and job costing. Must have proven cooking skills including gluten-free and vegan dish preparation.
Compensation this position is PAID: salaried, varies DOE, $37,000.00 - $54,000.00 How to apply
