Company description Our 15 acre vegetable farm is nestled in the rolling hills of western Fond du lac county in Wisconsin. Established 2010. We grow organically and believe in real food passionately. We are a four season farm in which we work year round. We store many root and other vegetables to make available year round.We use season extension as well. Job description Farm Manager- Full time, permanent position. Reports to owner.
2 years experience on a working vegetable farm using tractors and tractor mounted equipment is required. Verifiable supervisory experience is preferred. This position is focused on field production and is hands on.

Responsibilities: Overall you will run the day to day operation of our 15 acre vegetable farm.
This includes: executing field plan, training and supervising employees, overseeing harvest and prep. for markets,wholesale accounts and CSA, attending farmers markets, overseeing functionality of equipment and systems.
Overseeing our high tunnel production. 

We work year round as we are a four season vegetable farm who are heavily involved in winter storage and season extension.
