Company description Heritage Farm is a small family farm located in the beautiful rolling hills of west Georgia. We farm 35 acres here at our primary residence and have an additional 85 acres of leased land. We are a certified naturally grown farm raising vegetables, meats and eggs. We service a 60 member CSA and a number of growing metro area farmers market and local food hubs. Job description We have an opening for an assistant to the farm manager position for our produce and livestock operations. Must have basic farm experience and be willing to work in an outdoor environment. Equipment operation and basic mechanical skills a plus. Must have transportation, a valid drivers license and be willing to be here a minimum of 4 days a week. Duties will include general gardening, harvest and pack, farmers markets, feeding, watering, moving and hauling livestock, and any other general related duty.  Serious and motivated candidates only please.
