Reports To: Program Director


Main Job Objective: The Coordinator position supports all operations of the WITS Program.
 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Correspondence to schools
  • Support staff
  • Track weekly and monthly reports
  • Order equipment and ensure smooth delivery
  • Monthly training
  • Update program materials: toolkit; marketing materials
  • Update and maintain salesforce accounts
  • Recruit and nurture relationships with WITS Fitness Partners
  • Recruit and assign volunteers to schools
  • Coordinate School Events
  • Assist scheduling as needed
  • Input budget information
  • Facilitate WITS Labs
  1. equipment ordering, assembling, distributing, and inventory ingredients and brochures
  2. Schedule volunteers - recruit and assign to schools
  3. delivery logistics
  • Facilitate the implementation of WITS BITS, including but not limited to:
  1. assemble non-perishable supplies
  2. printing booklets
  • Local and National Program Support
  1. Support Program Director on the implementation of tools for additional local and National programs

 

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in program support
  • Experience working with schools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Google Apps
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
  • Ability to be flexible and take on many tasks at once
  • Excellent time and project management skills and attention to details
  • Passion for the WITS’ mission
