Chef Terry Koval was nominated Star Chefs Sustainable chefs award in 2012, and has been featured on Food Networks top rated shows Chopped and Diners Drive ins and Dives. Chef Koval also is on the Georgia Organics Chef board as well as supporting Wholesome Wave Ga. and Slow Food Ga. and USA. We are dedicated to our team, guests, community, and supporting our local farmers, and now we're ready to grow our Wrecking Crew. Job Description
Our kitchen is a learn as you go environment, most of our chefs have worked there way up from dishwasher to Sous Chef. We teach and empower young inspiring chefs, working with the best product you can source, and helping them master the ability to showcase the products potential. We butcher all our own meats in house sourcing whole pasture raised pigs, and breaking them down for charcuterie and sausages. We ferment, cure, and cook honest food, while most importantly having fun! We provide a consistent 4 day, 40 hour a week work schedule.
