Sweet Charlie’s combines the art of making rolled ice cream with its unique brand of crowd-pleasing modern American showmanship to create a one-of- a-kind, social experience for all ages. Each ice cream or frozen yogurt at Sweet Charlie’s is made to order on a super-cold surface that is below 20 degrees. Because the surface is so cold, very small ice crystals are formed quickly, eliminating the need to add stabilizers, emulsifiers and preservatives.Job Description
Sweet Charlie’s Atlanta is looking for an energetic, outgoing, self-motivated individual that enjoys responding quickly to the needs of our customers.Responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Running day-to-day operations in absence of owner, including but not limited to scheduling, purchasing, etc.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Managing team members who are preparing and freezing ice cream using our ice cream machines
- Assisting new crew members in learning their new job skills
- Proficiency in more than one area of responsibility and ability perform different job functions each day in absence of team members.
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Must be dependable and be able to follow directions
- Must be able to provide transportation to and from work
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must have good communication skills
