Do you love vegetables? Does working with Southern-sourced grains, milled on-site in a beautiful New American Stone Mill interest you? Do you love Outkast? We do. Root Baking Co., a bakery and cafe specializing in crafting hearth breads and pastries from Southern grain is opening up shop in Atlanta's Ponce City Market, and our Executive Chef, Matthew Palmerlee, is looking for some veggie lovin' folks to put really good food on really good bread.
