Company description Job description ● Lead and manage all event productions and event marketing accounts.
● Building and maintaining effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are understood and addressed in a timely manner.
● Fully understand client objectives and project goals and articulate them clearly to team members.
● Ensure clear communication to clients regarding scope, budget, schedules, and project status/action items.
● Act as executive producer on all events, from overseeing the budget to logistics to day-of event management, working with key stakeholders on creative and ideation.
● Manage the timeline of all special projects and productions.
● Write and create proposals to pitch new potential experiential marketing and production clients.
● Work with founder to create new revenue streams within the events department and strength current revenue streams.
● Create decks, promotional materials and presentations to use to articulate event vision to clients.
● Develop and implement special and ongoing programming for clients.
● Develop and produce new event properties for Care of Chan.
● Oversee the acquisition of event talent for all client programming and events.
● Develop and uphold systems and protocol for department.
● Manage and grow events team.
● Foster relationships with key vendors and people in the food, beverage and lifestyle industries.
● Maintain databases of all preferred suppliers, vendors and venues.
