Company description a smallgood is a whole animal salumeria dedicated to creating regionally distinct artisanal meats. we only source whole animals from small local farms, use native and wild ingredients and wild ferment all out products in an effort to imbue terroir into everything we create. we are based in midcoast maine.     Job description looking for someone to have a hand in every aspect of whole animal butchery and salumi production. breaking animals, ingredient harvest and prep, salami production and curing of of whole muscles. we are a small and fast growing business. everyone helps with all aspects of production including packaging, deliveries and of course cleaning. hours are USDA dependent 7-5, five days a week.

the ideal candidate will be looking longterm. in the coming year will start raising our own animals and we need someone who wants to train up and take point on production. profit sharing and eventual equity are negociable for the right person.  Compensation this position is : salaried Application instructions
