DIRTY LEMON is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join the Communications team. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of our social media strategy to increase brand reach and engagement. You will work directly with the Senior Communications Manager to ensure social content is aligned with the overarching brand identity. The ideal candidate is social media savvy with a clear point of view who is both creative and data-driven. You have experience successfully driving organic growth and engaging an audience. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive our community engagement and amplify the brand at an extremely exciting time for the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and continuously evolve a social media strategy that increases following and drives engagement
  • Own day-to-day management of all social platforms to ideate and execute timely and targeted daily content
  • Oversee community engagement across all platforms and use insights to more effectively engage following
  • Expand and establish consistent brand voice; Write all copy
  • Pitch creative concepts for social media campaigns and initiatives; work with creative team to develop cohesive social media campaigns that align with marketing strategy
  • Work with Senior Communications Manager to identify and foster influencer relationships and ideate initiatives
  • Identify emerging social media trends to position DIRTY LEMON as a social media innovator
  • Create and manage social media calendar
  • Track quantitative social KPIs and provide weekly metric-driven reports with accompanying action plan to implement opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • 4+ years of social media and/or digital marketing experience
  • Ability to create high-quality content across multiple social platforms for a lifestyle brand
  • Proven success in growing social media presence for high-profile companies (following and engagement)
  • Exceptional conversational writing
  • Positive attitude; passion for social media, tech and being part of a growing brand
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Entrepreneurially driven and self-motivated, excited to work in a fast­-paced and energetic environment
  • Full of fresh ideas; skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and working on simultaneous projects
  • Solutions oriented, natural problem solver
