Company description Lot 2 restaurant and Southside Coffee have been serving the South Slope/Greenwood Heights neighborhood since 2009. Job description Lot 2 is hiring a Sous Chef! We are a 40 seat neighborhood restaurant that has been open since June 2009. Daniel Rojo, Lot 2's chef and owner, is a great teacher and supporter of the cooks he works with. He is looking for a partner to be his sous-chef in the kitchen at Lot 2- to come up with menu items, help with ordering, and hold down the line. There is room for growth and for someone to really have a voice and a vision here at Lot 2. We are a close knit team of hard working people. We really do care about what we do, the community we serve, and the people we work with. We care about quality ingredients but also quality of life. If you’re looking for a 40 hour work week with only 4 shifts per week, a supportive work environment, and a place to grow and learn- then Lot 2 just might be for you. We are offering between $43,000-$53,000 a year, depending on experience, skills, and ideal number of hours per week.
