Catering sales representative work one on one with customers to put together orders for pick up, catering, holidays, events, gifting and more. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and reliable while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of the Breads Bakery menu
• Walk customers through the ordering process making recommendations based on their needs
• Manage orders with all 3rd party partners 
• Communicate necessary order details with production and delivery staff
• Prepare and occasionally accompany daily deliveries
• Analyze customer feedback
• Assist with marketing and sales strategy initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and friendly manner
• Develop and maintain customer relationships

Skills & Requirements:

• Retail or food experience
• Food handlers license a plus
• Experience with: Apple products, Gmail, Excel, Word, Google Drive
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent sales and communication skills
• Time management and organization skills
• Comfortable working independently in a busy and at times high pressure environment
• Has a desire to continuously learn
• Open availability, must be able to work weekends
