Cavallo Point is looking for a dynamic Cooking School Sales Administration Manager to assist the Cooking School Director in in selling independent (Non-Group Sales) clients private cooking class experiences for the Cooking School.  Primary efforts include: responding to inquiries for business; contracting events and setting profiles for events through in-house software programs; acting as guest liaison prior to any contracted events under their responsibility; contribution to the drafting of outward marketing of our private classes to clients; sole responsibility for outward marketing of independent private classes; guidance and assistance to clients as needed; various Cooking School administration duties across all formats of classes offered.
 

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Working knowledge of consumer education or training services or comparable experience required
  2. Secondary schooling in hospitality or marketing fields strongly preferred
  3. Computer proficiency and experience with:  Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Publisher.
  4. Experience with Eventbrite, Delphi, Micros, and Opera strongly preferred.
