The ideal candidate will:

  • Support the Culinary Production Teams’ efforts by ensuring quality and quantity of all food items sent to each event through thorough organization, packing and cross checking per event.
  • Inventories items on the Production menu for each event, ensuring not only that it is packed but the proper quantity and quality is approved.
  • Effectively work with and through Table Coordinators and Event Chef to ensure all items are properly prepped and loaded on to the event truck.
  • Address discrepancies by working with and through the Production Sous Chef.
  • Organize menu items per event set-up
  • Properly clean, organize and store platter garnishes
  • Maintain fresh usable spice kits by ensuring cleanliness and labeling accurately.
  • Assist in the production of food when requested by the Production Sous Chef.
  • Coordinate several activities with multiple components requiring independent follow through and attention to detail.
