Job description- Responsible for all in-bound lead correspondence, follow up and handover.
- Continuous build and maintenance of key contact and prospect activity database via Salesforce.
- Prospecting, initial outreach and setting of appointments on behalf of sales leaders.
- Utilize distribution reports to manage and reverse partner churn.
- Initial onboarding and growing ecommerce footprint via Amazon B2B platform.
- Shipping samples and executing broader sampling campaigns along with the Marketing team.
- Managing distributor relationships, including rebates and bill backs.
About You – Necessary ingredients

- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant foodservice experience in sales support, distribution and/or logistics
- Knowledge of foodservice distribution logistics and hierarchy
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Prior CPG experience a plus
- E-commerce experience a plus
- Sales experience a plus but not required
- Love of food required!
