We make a variety of chocolate confections that are gluten free, vegan, organic and always non gmo and ethically sourced. We are also the first Bean to Bar Chocolate maker in Maine where we buy cacao directly from farmers and make chocolate from the bean through to the end bar.  
 

Bixby & Co. makes artisan chocolate products for regional, national and international distribution with brand recognized retailers. These items are all natural, handcrafted treats made with real food ingredients and ethically sourced chocolate. Bixby is a women-owned company and has earned certifications as an organic, non GMO, kosher, vegan, gluten-free and Rainforest Alliance candy producer.

Job description This position will manage the social media and marketing efforts for a growing Chocolate Company.  This position will work with the Head of Sales as well as Retail Associates to develop and execute a marketing plan and content.  Knowledge of social media platforms as well as email marketing and how to use a website platform are key to the function of this job.  Must have a good eye and have careful attention to detail.  Able to use a smartphone (provided by the company) and stage and take photos.  Knowledge of Adobe platforms would be a bonus.

• Able to use a computer, smart phone, and social media platforms
• Creative and excited about Chocolate!
• Has previous experience with marketing and social media
