Company description Open since 1989 and under new ownership since 2009 Mozzarella House is a unique, small cheese making company focused on fresh mozzarella and other cheeses of the "pasta filata" family.

We make and sell directly to specialty shops and restaurants that focus on fresh, local ingredients. Job description Looking for someone with great work ethic and passion for the food industry. The job requires to work on your feet all day in the cheese room assisting the head cheese maker with facilitating his work.

Tasks include but not limited to:

• packing, labeling, cleaning and sanitizing
• as soon as one is comfortable we get into the actual cheese making. Food production is very critical and sanitary rules must be observed at all time. 

It's a day job that currently runs from 6 am to 3 or 4 pm but there is some flexibility. No nights or weekends.
