OTM Creamery has a new and fantastic yogurt processing facility set in South San Francisco California, where they make some of the most unique and finest yogurts for school age kids in the country. They are looking for a lead person with the yogurt and cheese making skills to keep them growing. As they are a smaller operation, this person and one other will be in charge of running everything from fermentation and documentation to cupping of the product. Job description Responsible for all aspects of OTM Creamery operation, including formulations development, administration & maintaining records, equipment sourcing and deployment, licensure, documentation, creamery operation, regulatory matters, plant auditing, scheduling, business planning, employee hiring / training / development, labeling, sourcing & vendor onboarding, communicating messages from upper management, and food safety.
