Roberta's in Culver City is hiring a service manager! We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity with lots of potential for future growth in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Previous management experience required. The position is full-time, 5 shifts a week, with weekend and evening availability a must.

Ideal candidate would have:

- Undeniable passion for hospitality and service

- Demonstrated knowledge of food, wine and beer

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure

- Strong background in group dining/events

- Capable of troubleshooting and problem solving on the fly and with a smile

- Proficient with Aloha POS, Excel, etc.

- Eagerness to grow with Roberta's into other roles with greater responsibility

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing service and our guests' experience

- Leading, mentoring, and disciplining a staff in multiple departments and areas

- Troubleshooting service issues

- Attending planning meetings, gathering feedback for department heads, and other admin as needed
