- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times and in accordance with labor budget guidelines
- Support hiring and training for all Perch staff as needed
- Lead, model, and exemplify company brand standards at all times
- Consistently provide members and guests with efficient, friendly, and solution-oriented service
- Ensure that all areas of the member (and guest) experience meet or exceed all established benchmarks for quality and consistency
- Continuously train restaurant staff about all aspects of the menu, which changes seasonally, as well as support staff with professional development and growth
- Ensure that all food and beverages prepared in the restaurant are done in accordance to standards set by the Culinary Director and F&B Department, maintaining quality and consistency
- Collaborate with management team to consistently monitor, coach, and encourage all staff to meet the Company’s service and brand standards through positive reinforcement but also disciplinary action as needed
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and waste logs for all areas of the restaurant; adjusts orders and pars accordingly to reduce waste and meet set COGs percentages
- Maintain standards of cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant in accordance with brand standards and Department of Health requirements
- Ensure that all restaurant equipment is properly maintained and in working order
- Enforce compliance of Department of Health safety, food handling, and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Oversee receiving, dating, and organizing food and beverage orders
- Assist in achieving financial F&B goals of the Space, including through the development and implementation of systems for increasing efficiency and profitability of the restaurant
- Support and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team with location-specific needs
- Ensure all alcoholic drinks, including wine, beer, and spirits, are prepared and served to brand standard
- Act as the in-Space point person for all things relating to Food & Beverage, including Events & catering orders
- Oversee the Restaurant Lead and support the Space in their absence
- Perform all roles and duties of any restaurant position as needed; including providing support during events and happy hours
- All other duties as assigned

- Strong hospitality and restaurant/full-service restaurant knowledge required
- 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience required, including familiarity with ordering and inventory systems
- Strong service and food and beverage knowledge required
- Detail oriented, organized, and professional
- High volume, fast-paced, high profile restaurant experience preferred
- Experience overseeing & managing teams of at least 15 people, including floor managers and/or shift supervisors
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, and other software to manage ordering and inventory
- POS maintenance
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent local Department of Health certification/license required
- TIPS and ABRA certification required
- Experience with alcohol/bar service
- Working knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
