The ideal candidate will be responsible for running the store jointly with the company GM and other Supermarket Managers (AGMs):
 

Responsibilities

We are creating an innovative way to run a grocery store. We have no departmental silos and rely on our Managers to run every aspect of our business including:

1. Customer service management
2. Portfolio management
3. Supply chain management
4. Staff management
5. Financial management

Qualifications

• We do not require any grocery or retail experience, but it would be great if you have some
• We do require you to be a dedicated, joyful and honest individual who is full of life
• Having management experience in the responsibility areas mentioned above is important, the more the better
• Ideally someone with a couple of years of solid retail experience but we will not pass up someone with a great talent in one of our focus areas in a completely different field
• College degree is preferred but we will not pass up an industry warrior without a college degree
