Two Hands is an Australian restaurant group, looking for a phenomenal and experienced General Manager.

Our bustling Nolita restaurant is offering an exciting opportunity to become a part of our team with flexibility and a great schedule (no nights!)

You must have previous hospitality management experience and extensive hospitality and coffee experience.

In this position you will work closely with our Owners, Director of Operations, Managers and Kitchen Managers of our other locations.

Responsibilities:

• Be an effective leader and delegate tasks
• Ensure consistency throughout the venue
• Hiring, training, educating and disciplining of staff
• Using reporting systems to track payroll, spending and budgets consistently
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Scheduling Front of House and Back of House staff
• Inventory management and ordering
• Conducting weekly payroll
• Assist in conducting special events
• Ensure the venue fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
