You will run a tiny, tightly managed open kitchen, delivering a combination of casual to-go food and gastropub (remember those?) fare using excellent ingredients. 

We would like you to have three years of experience as an executive chef or in a similar position, but would consider less experienced terrific folks with broad culinary knowledge, people skills, and knife skills who will learn on the job, or small teams looking for a new home.

The first few months will be very hard, but hopefully very rewarding, and we promise to give you creative freedom (which does not mean we won't be very opinionated) and offer you opportunities to grow in our future ventures.
