Executive Chef Christina Lecki serves a thoughtful and creative menu showcasing our whole animal butchery program and seasonal produce from local farmers while focusing on wood-fired cooking.

Job description
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our team at Reynard.
 
The Kitchen Manager reports directly to Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine. Their main objective is to be an organizational support for the Kitchen Management Team, and to be a point person for all staff regarding administrative issues.

WHAT YOU OFFER: 
-2+ years in a professional kitchen environment with a strong understanding of restaurant best practices, and experience managing staff. We are looking for someone with solid experience in all aspects of kitchen organization and planning.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to organize, prioritize and stay productive throughout the day. This position relies on your skills as a liasion between all aspects of the back of house. 
-You can identify and correct potential issues before they arise in order to ensure the success of all employees and the establishment.  
-You can establish yourself as a leader and hold employees accountable to standards and set procedures. You also have experiencing in hiring, training and coaching staff to reach professional goals.
