Overview

Boston Organics is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented individual to implement and support strategies to grow its office snack service as well as grow and improve retention of its residential customer base. This position will work with all functional areas of the organization and require excellent interpersonal skills. The associate will also support/back-up customer service.

This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate with a marketing/business major. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and create all customer communications (i.e., newsletters, delivery schedule changes, promotional emails, etc.)
  • Create and implement demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Respond to in-bound leads and generate custom quotes
  • Continuously document, define, and improve the sales process
  • Oversee and regularly update all social media channels (i.e., FB, Instagram)
  • Oversee Google AdWords and paid campaigns
  • Manage and develop partnerships, advertising, and event opportunities
  • Schedule and staff events
  • Manage donation requests
  • Design, create and manage inventory of marketing materials (brochures, pamphlets, branded swag, etc).
  • Meet with customers - both current and prospective
  • Track and report key metrics on a regular basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years sales and/or marketing experience managing campaigns designed to drive traffic and conversion
  • Hubspot Sales and Marketing
  • Google AdWords and analytics, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook ads, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
