Cedar Circle Farm is an organic vegetable and berry farm with a farmstand and education center. We have retail greenhouses, an on-site farm kitchen, a coffee shop, and a unique CSA program.

We are a farm with a social mission to engage the community to develop and share practices that promote regenerative agriculture, good health, and a resource-rich environment. 

Our growing education center consists of a variety of programs including school field trips, pre-k classes, classes for homeschoolers, cooking for middle schoolers, and workshops for adults. Our focus is to help people of all ages to build healthier relationships with their food and food sources. Program participants explore and study the interconnectedness of our natural world and our food production’s dependence on healthy ecosystems.

Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center is seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Manager to oversee our farmstand and coffee shop. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills as well as a willingness to be flexible, adaptable, and to troubleshoot and lean in to challenges.

The ideal candidate will have money-handling, retail management, and point of sale management experience as well as a strong aesthetic sense and an eye for merchandising. Applicants must truly enjoy working with the public, value good customer service, and be willing to bring a positive attitude to work each day. Experience working on farms or with produce is a plus. Applicants must be interested in engaging with customers and CSA members about food and cooking.

This position requires management of 8-10 staff. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience leading a team and will understand the value of creating a positive team environment. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work overtime if necessary.

This position is full time April–October and part time March, November, and December. It includes partial health benefits, paid vacation, and a generous staff discount.
