Position
As Sales-Ops Intern, you will work closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience as well as work closely with the Operations and Farm Partnership teams to ensure order fulfillment and logistics are executed flawlessly. You will learn about the different facets of a fast-paced and rapidly growing startup, and have an opportunity make an impact across departments.
Responsibilities
- Work with Sales to communicate support customer experience
- Work with Operations to communicate order details to producers and customers
- Optimize delivery schedule to meet customer drop windows
- Manage customer communication for supply-driven order adjustments
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
- Comfortable working with cross-functional customers and suppliers over phone and email
- Self-starter who takes pride in producing great work
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passionate about Local Bushel’s mission to transform agriculture and food distribution
