Position Overview & Responsibilities

- Work alongside General Manager
- Producing/sourcing/costing of seasonal menus
- Full open availability- Days/Nights/Weekends
- Positive energy in the kitchen. Able to communicate well with both back of house and front of house staff.

Position Requirements
- Creative, out of the box thinker.
- Strong leadership skills
- Sous Chef experience in an upscale full-service restaurant
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty, and lead their team by example
- Great communicator with both Executive Chef and General Manager
- Experience producing tasting menus is a plus
- Positive energy in the kitchen. Able to communicate well with both back of house and front of house staff.
- Experience in ordering, scheduling, and managing a team.
