Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Work alongside General Manager
  • Producing/sourcing/costing of seasonal menus
  • Full open availability- Days/Nights/Weekends
  • Positive energy in the kitchen. Able to communicate well with both back of house and front of house staff.

Position Requirements

  • Creative, out of the box thinker.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Sous Chef experience in an upscale full-service restaurant
  • Not afraid to get their hands dirty, and lead their team by example
  • Great communicator with both Executive Chef and General Manager
  • Experience producing tasting menus is a plus
  • Positive energy in the kitchen. Able to communicate well with both back of house and front of house staff.
  • Experience in ordering, scheduling, and managing a team.
