RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Produce Manager in Training, your responsibilities will primarily include assisting the Produce Manager in the day-to-day operations of the department and other assignments as deemed appropriate.

Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support Produce Manager in attaining financial and qualitative benchmarks for the department, including sales and margin targets;
• Work with staff to lead daily stocking, merchandising, and department housekeeping;
• Provide remarkable service and knowledge to customers;
• Bag and carry purchases to our customers cars as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires someone who is hands-on, able to motivate others, and delegate. An applicant who is a good fit for a Produce Manager in Training:
