DUTIES
As a produce focused team member, your responsibilities will primarily include assisting Produce Management in the day-to-day operations of the department and other assignments as deemed appropriate. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Trim, stock, rotate, and maintain produce in accordance with company standards
• Provide remarkable service and knowledge to customers
• Department housekeeping
• Bag and carry purchases to our customers' cars
• Cross-train between departments, and help wherever needed throughout the store
• Work with Produce and Store Management to maintain a pleasant environment for customers and coworkers
• Know and support MOM's culture - Mission/Purpose, Core Values, and Promise to Customers
QUALIFICATIONS
An applicant who is a good fit for our produce department, will meet the following qualifications:
• Detail-oriented, while also able to work at a fast pace
• Able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings- as early as 4am and as late as 10pm.
• Able to work on a team and enjoy pitching in to get the job done
• Available to work early morning shifts with flexible scheduling and reliable transportation
• Able to be on your feet for an extended period of time
• Able to repeatedly pick up at least 50lbs on a daily basis
Must be able to work as early as 4-5am on some days
