About the position:
The Executive Director (ED) is the sole paid employee of Provender Alliance and is responsible for the effective operations of the organization, including: planning and directing the annual conference, attracting and retaining members, communicating with members, maintaining financial records, and maintaining organizational effectiveness.
The ED reports directly to a volunteer Board of Directors. The ED oversees a small group of volunteers and maintains positive and effective relationships with our membership while embodying our Ends Statements.
The ED works out of their home office and residence in the Pacific Northwest is required.
Ideal candidates for this position will:
-Provide visionary leadership to our organization
-Demonstrate past outreach and marketing successes
-Have strong relationship-building skills
-Enjoy both working alone and with a diverse group of members
-Have experience and knowledge about the Natural Products Industry as a whole and in the Pacific Northwest
-Be located in the Pacific Northwest
Compensation:
- Salary Range-$38-45k/year
- 3 weeks vacation
- Up to $1500 in medical expense payment
- Opportunity to earn bonuses
