The responsibilities for the position include: preparing the menu, cooking, ordering, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for food preparation, accommodating dietary and food allergies, training and supervising kitchen and dining hall staff. Since we are a seasonal operation the Chef Manager/Cook will supervise the set up and shut down of our kitchen and dining hall facility. Current safe serve manager certification by June 1, 2019 and computer skills are required. Candidates with large scale institutional food production preferred.

The dates for the position are June 11 through August 18.
Compensation: Salary plus room and board.
