- Minimum of two years of experience with a proven track record in a high-volume kitchen
- Has experience cooking on a flat top grill
- Able to produce the highest quality food under pressure
- Able to follow recipes and directions
- Can work with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize and multitask.
- Enjoys building professional relationships with customers.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude
- Able to read and follow recipes and adjust them to meet customer special requests.
- Previous experience in natural/organic foods, grocery or retail preferred.
