Job descriptionWe are seeking a part-time Admin /Project Manager to ensure the business is operating at peak performance. This role requires you to manage key tasks in these 3 areas:
1. Project Management
- Coordinate orders with all vendors
- Manage inventory & inbound cargo
- Plan/forecast production amounts
- Manage CEO from getting bogged down in taking on little things
2. Sales Support
- Social Media scheduling
- Account management
- Sales reporting
- Send out samples & confirm receipt
- Check office mail / voicemail
3. Bookkeeping
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Bank deposits
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with all customers & vendors

- Excellent Quickbooks & Accounting Knowledge

Compensation this position is : salaried, varies DOE, $45.00 - $47.00 Application instructions
