Floor Manager Fausto

  • Date Posted December 17, 2018
  • Location Brooklyn, NY
  • Category Culinary
  • Job type Full-Time
Company description Opened in December 2017, Fausto has quickly become a destination of choice in Brooklyn. New York Magazine named Fausto one of the Absolute Best Restaurants in Park Slope while Eater NY said that Fausto is the "most promising new restaurant in Brooklyn" and Time Out NY awarded it 4 out of 5 stars. We draw inspiration from our surroundings: the bounty of the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket, Park Slope's historic architecture, and the diversity of our Brooklyn community.

Chef Erin Shambura's regional Italian dishes and fresh pastas paired with Joe Campanale's far reaching beverage program, creates a dining experience that is both familiar and fresh, warm and convivial. The heart of the restaurant is centered around two wood-burning ovens that we use to coax flavor out of simple, local ingredients. Our interior incorporates clean lines, modern proportions and unadorned lighting to create a nuanced, upscale informality. Job description
