If so, Grand Central Bakery, the first B Corp certified bakery in the northwest, has an opportunity for you to bring all of those passions together. We’re looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to lead our Washington bread sales team and become an integral part of moving our important mission forward. 

The Wholesale Sales Manager oversees the Seattle wholesale sales operations in support of Grand Central Bakery’s mission to serve our customers delicious, authentic food made from high quality local and sustainable ingredients. Growing smart, strategic sales in support of Grand Central’s financial goals is a core responsibility. As a vital link between production, delivery and accounting, the Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring their staff has the tools, knowledge, systems and support in place to guarantee the delivery of exceptional products and outstanding service to all Grand Central Bakery customers. 

The Sales Manager works 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) with flexibility to adjust their schedule around special events and may be required to work extra hours and/or days on an irregular basis due to unforeseen circumstances and emergencies. To best serve GCB customers this position requires frequent travel within the greater Seattle area. 

Location: 21 S. Nevada St., Seattle, WA

Salary: $80,000 - $87,000 

Skills and Experience: 
• 3+ year’s proven sales management experience. 
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree 
• A current, valid driver’s license in Oregon or Washington with a clean driving record (no at fault accidents or tickets) is required 
• A passion for delicious food and exceptional customer service 
• Initiative and creative thinking skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Familiarity with ERP systems, POS and food service experience a plus 
• Must provide your own vehicle 
• Read, write, and speak English
