We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to work in our mail order division and assist in offering outstanding customer service experiences. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills. The Customer Service Manager will also assist with aspects of the warehouse including order fulfillment and supply ordering and with various annual projects within the mail order department. Applicants with an interest or experience in managing Social Media platforms for a business are encouraged.
We are a small company, so the best candidate is someone who is comfortable wearing many hats and can manage multiple tasks on a deadline. Efficiency and precision are essential to excelling in our fast paced environment. We expect you will become an integral part of our Heritage team, and gain experience in a mission-based company committed to fostering the sustainable farming community across America.
Responsibilities:
- Customer outreach
- Assisting in order fulfillment and inventory management
- Overseeing correspondence through our Info@HeritageFoodsUSA.com inbox
- Assisting in special seasonal projects
- General administrative support, such as supply ordering and data entry
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent writing skills
- Computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in refrigerated temperatures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working in an open office environment
- Works well collaboratively, but comfortable working independently
- Must love dogs! We have two small dogs in our office
Preferred:
- Interest in sustainable food and agriculture
- Basic html knowledge
- Experience working with Shopify and Shipstation
- Experience with Social Media platforms
