Job description

Barbuto is seeking talented Sous Chefs

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, detail oriented and a team player

Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen
The ability to communicate, lead and manage a team of 35+ staff members
Familiarity with seasonal ingredients and Italian cuisine
Food handlers certificate

Responsibilities:
Daily production and ordering
Setting the standards and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
Quality control/food cost management
Training and educating the staff
Manage and motivate with a professional and positive attitude
