In twenty years of working as a holistic nutritionist (www.paleoista.com), with clients globally, it became obvious to me that the common issue was gut dysfunction. Improving digestive health became the central tenet of all of my work and the role of bone broth as a daily supplement is key.

This is why I brought NELLS Artisanal Bone Broths to the world. I’ve been making bone broth for decades and now I bring it to you.
We launched in March of 2018 in several LA Farmer's Markets and now, as we prepare to launch into local retail, the team is expanding.    Seeking individuals for sales roles at farmer's markets, ideally with a background in  wellness and nutrition, able to explain all the benefits of how drinking bone broth regularly will benefit every health goal.

Job description Physically demanding, setting up, running and breaking down at the farmer's market is a long but very rewarding day.     Seeking qualified sales candidate(s) for 3-4 markets per week in LA Area.   Background in health, wellness is ideal (possibly culinary as well) in order to properly explain health benefits of daily drinking of bone broth, as well as the mindful sourcing of ingredients,  which we make fresh in a shared commercial kitchen in DTLA each week.
