At Sprouts Cooking Club, you will gain inimitable, first-hand experience working within a mission-forward culinary nonprofit. With Sprouts summer camps serving as a fundraiser for our Chef-in-Training program, your passion and hard work will help empower young adults to train to become chefs and secure sustainable culinary jobs. By the end of the summer, you will have led a team of 5 summer camp counselors and helped both youth and young adults prepare for healthier futures.

Your Professional Growth:

We believe that everyone has unique talents, passions and interests to contribute! We will work with you individually to make sure that your skill set is highlighted throughout the summer and your goals for personal and professional growth are met.  Everyone has something to offer, and your opinion will be heard. Whether your interests are in business, cooking, community impact, nutrition, leadership, or youth .. we will do our best to incorporate these respective elements into your position. The sky's the limit! We want you to maximize your summer with us!

  • *We want you to have a valuable experience and would love to incorporate specific activities that match your interests and skills!

Your Team:

In this role you will be leading our summer camp team of 5 counselors, and various interns and volunteers. You will also be in charge of coordinating logistics with our Inventory Manager.
