Gourmet Gorilla is looking for a Client Account Representative to join our customer support & sales and marketing teams.  This position will be very dynamic and requires collaboration with every department in the company.

A successful candidate is one who is driven by our the mission to bring healthier and more sustainable meal options to children.  You should have a willingness and appreciation for open dialogue and transparency, an ability to facilitate or be part of a team, and an innate empathy with a keen interest in educating or being educated while building community in and around the organization. Someone who constantly strives for greatness through problem solving and innovation and can manage challenges with energy, balance and perseverance.


General Responsibilities:

  • Ability to assist customers with menu or ordering information
  • Serving as a dedicated liaison between schools and Gourmet Gorilla 
  • Provide updates on meal deliveries
  • Administrating order system
  • Organizing and formatting seasonal menus
  • Creating weekly communications to schools and parents
  • Developing marketing campaigns
  • Supporting sales initiatives
  • Helping launch new products from a sales and marketing perspective


  • Extremely organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
  • Personable and ability to empathize, flexible to change
  • Works well in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to stay positive through busy periods of the day and supporting demanding clients
  • Ability to work early hours, Monday through Friday
  • Strong writing skills
  • Internal sales experience preferred
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, Photoshop, Excel, Microsoft Word  
  • Interest in start-up business with rapid growth
  • Flexible to change
