Tea, Herb & Spice Company seeks a full-time Warehouse & Production Associate.  Strong work ethic and attention to detail is required. Must be able to thrive under pressure.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2-3 years experience in similar role;
  • A proven track record in driving process and quality improvements;
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure continued growth and improvement;
  • Analytical and problem solving capabilities;
  • A disciplined approach and attention to detail;
  • Positive can-do attitude;
  • Experience with inventory management;
  • Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to initiate, implement, coordinate, and support business improvement warehouse inventory activities;
  • Must have driver’s license;
  • High School, or equivalent required.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Product production, maintain quality;
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness of workroom/warehouses;
  • Inventory & ingredient management & ordering;
  • Heavy lifting during the day (over 50 lbs);
  • Adherence to Food Safety standards;
  • Manage quality control;
  • Recycling management;
  • Trade show set up & break down;
  • Be aware of company policies, procedures and standards.

 

We are looking to hire immediately.  This is a full-time position, 40 hours M-F.

 

Compensation this position is : hourly, $15/hr + Application instructions
