The Position: Recruitment Manager

• Think outside the box to find talent at every opportunity.
• Use various recruiting platforms to connect with and source candidates.
• Partner closely with Operations and Chefs teams to ensure the proper candidate fit. 
• Develop recruiting strategies with HR team.
• Maintain job descriptions for all positions.
• Manage Applicant Tracking System and create useful KPIs.
• Manage the entire candidate experience.
