Job description

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to support us with the pre-opening project management and ongoing leadership of the venue that will be set up in the iconic Mission Bay location.

Working closely with the GM and Executive Chef, you will use your passion for food and customer service to create an empowering experience for both your staff and patrons. As the brand ambassador you will manage the bar, brewery, and restaurant venue alongside your team, while providing clear direction and keen problem solving skills.You'll deliver great outcomes on the spot while having fun doing it!

To succeed in this role you should be comfortable working high volume venues and have experience in opening restaurants or breweries. You will adapt and be comfortable in deciphering the operational financials to provide clear direction to the venue.

 

You will report directly to the General Manager and lead a large hospitality team including the maintenance team, as well as a large team of servers and bartenders.
