Samesa, an acclaimed Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant and catering company based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is expanding! We are looking for an experienced manager to join our team.

Candidates must have experience cooking in a high volume environment and hold an NYC food handler's card. The right candidate is patient and can manage multiple tasks and staff simultaneously. A warm, friendly, and hospitable disposition is a must.
This position involves scheduling, ordering and receiving, staff management, maintaining health code procedures and cleanliness. Experience with and love of Middle-Eastern cuisine is a bonus. Most of our operation is in BOH, so the ideal candidate is a Sous Chef or higher who is interested in management but still loves cooking.
Samesa serves healthy dips, salads, organic chicken shawarma and fresh drinks. We make almost all of our own dressings, marinades, sauces, juices, teas, smoothies, pitas and pickled vegetables.
