The Customer Service Associate is responsible for processing incoming orders and for providing excellent customer service to our broad range of customers.  The successful candidate will receive and process large amounts of incoming orders by phone, web, fax, or email.  He/she will answer customer questions about our products and growing practices in general, and may also be asked to represent High Mowing at trade shows and conferences if necessary.  The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to use positive language, attentiveness and adaptability to resolve customer complaints.  This person must have practical working knowledge of and experience with commercial vegetable production methods.
